Mike Downs Fencing has been a sherman tx fence company serving the surrounding areas with a smile since January 2002. We specialize in the construction of custom fences, decks, arbors, automatic gates and repairs with quality and honesty at an affordable price.
Mike is a third generation family owned and operated Sherman Texas fencing company.
Mike joined the U.S. Army after high school serving four years and three months.
Mike enjoyed service with 3/75 Airborne Rangers at Ft. Benning, Ga.
Upon discharge from active duty, Mike earned a B.B.A in accounting from Texas A&M-Commerce plus 10 hours of graduate school. Mike worked for a regional public accounting firm and in financial accounting in Dallas, Texas.

Mike and Jennifer have three young sons, Joseph, Benjamin and Evan. The Downs Family are members of the Holiness Church of Jesus Christ in Whitesboro, Texas.
